IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Dogsix Soft LLC ("Company") for the use of software products and applications developed by Dogsix Soft LLC ("Software").
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Dogsix Soft LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly for your personal or internal business purposes.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Company.
3. Updates
Dogsix Soft LLC may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Software, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates"). All Updates will be deemed part of the Software and be subject to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or the Company. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.
5. No Warranties
The Software is provided to you "AS IS" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
6. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
